This will depend on the size of your parking lot and the amount of space we can temporarily close without causing too much disruption. But each section can typically be done within 1 day.
When can I use my parking lot?
You should be able to use your newly sealcoated within 24 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity. Our job site foreman will advise you according to your situation.
How often should I have my parking lot sealcoated?
This will depend on the amount of traffic you have on your property. Typically about every 2-3 years you will want to have your parking lot sealcoated.
Do you have a warranty?

Should I sealcoat my new asphalt parking lot?
While you might want to protect your investment as soon as possible, you must wait for 6-12 months before sealing your newly installed asphalt parking lot. This way, the oils in the asphalt can be washed away and cured using the sun’s heat before applying the parking lot sealer.
Rushing to seal your asphalt pavement can cause the asphalt oil to mix with the sealer and make it crack and flake easily.
