PARKING LOT STRIPING THAT MAKES YOUR PROPERTY LOOK SHARP
Striping is the last thing that happens on a lot and the first thing anyone notices. Faded lines make a well-kept property look neglected, and on a commercial lot they cost you usable space because drivers park wider when they cannot see where the stall ends. We stripe lots across Middle Tennessee, both as the finishing step after sealcoating and as standalone work on lots that do not need sealing yet.
WHAT WE STRIPE
Standard stall re-striping on worn lots or freshly sealed surfaces.
ADA and handicap stalls with access aisles, laid out to current accessibility requirements. This is the one property managers get complaints about, and it is worth getting right the first time.
Fire lanes, curb painting and NO PARKING lettering to satisfy your fire marshal.
Directional arrows, stall numbers, loading zones and custom stencils. If your lot has no usable lines left, we can lay the whole thing out from scratch.
STRIPING AFTER SEALCOATING
If we are sealing the lot as well, striping is the last step. Fresh sealer needs time to cure before paint goes down, so we schedule the two together and come back for the lines rather than rushing them onto a surface that is not ready. On a phased job we stripe each section as it cures, so you get usable, marked parking back area by area instead of waiting on the whole lot.
Our striping carries a one-year warranty, and churches and nonprofits always get 30% off. Call 615-295-5958 and we will come measure the lot.
