ASPHALT PATCHING
Patching fixes the parts of a lot that have failed without the cost of repaving the whole thing. Potholes, broken edges, sunken areas around drains and the crumbling that shows up at dock approaches and truck entrances can all be cut out and replaced while the rest of the surface stays where it is. The test is whether the base underneath is still sound. If it is, a patch will hold for years. If the same spot has been patched repeatedly, or the surface is alligator cracked across a wide area, we will tell you that patching is throwing good money after bad.

We use specialized equipment to remove the damaged asphalt back to a clean edge rather than feathering it into the surrounding surface, then compact the new material so the patch sits flush instead of standing proud or sinking over the first winter.
Sealcoating is a separate service, not part of a patch job. If you want the whole lot sealed once the repairs have cured, we can schedule both for the same visit.
