Sealcoating is our core business and most of what we do. But some asphalt is past the point where sealing helps, and when a surface has failed structurally the honest answer is to lay new asphalt rather than coat over a problem. We take paving work across Middle Tennessee, both as standalone jobs and as part of a larger maintenance plan.
WHEN PAVING IS THE RIGHT CALL
If the base underneath has gone, if the surface is alligator cracked across a wide area, or if patching has already been done repeatedly in the same spot, sealer will not fix it. We will tell you that when we look at the lot. Plenty of surfaces that look bad only need crack repair and a seal, and we will tell you that too, because selling you paving you do not need is a good way to never get called again.
