ASPHALT SEALCOATING THAT CAN MORE THAN DOUBLE THE LIFE OF YOUR PAVEMENT

Sealcoating is the least expensive thing you can do to an asphalt surface and the one that buys you the most time. Unprotected asphalt greys, dries out and goes brittle: the binder that holds it together oxidizes in the sun, water works down into the surface and freezes, and oil and fuel eat away at what is left. A sealed surface sheds all of that. Done on a sensible cycle, roughly every two to three years depending on how much traffic the lot takes, it can more than double the life of the pavement. We use a commercial-grade sealer from SealMaster, applied in one or two coats depending on the pavement's condition.
